Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at justlittlestudio@gmail.com with:

• Your Order ID
• Reason for return
• Photos of the item (if damaged)

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Return Shipping

• Pickup: We arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost for eligible returns.
• Self-ship: If you prefer to ship the item yourself, the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Alternatively, you may opt for store credit of equal value, usable on any future purchase.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Email us with your Order ID and the size you need.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Innerwear and undergarments (hygiene reasons)
• Hair accessories, clips, and bands (hygiene reasons)
• Customised or personalised orders
• Items purchased during final-sale promotions

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
