Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Just Little Studio website (justlittlestudio.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. Minors may browse the site under parental supervision but cannot make purchases independently.

Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at justlittlestudio@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST.
• Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders are honoured at the price displayed at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us with your Order ID, provided it has not already been dispatched.

Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, photographs, text, logos, and branding on this website are the exclusive property of Just Little Studio and its founder, Komal (NIFT alumna). Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.
• Submit false information during registration or checkout.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the website.

Limitation of Liability

Just Little Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
